A Land Swap
We understand that there is some interest within the Council to move the Council depot in Caulfield Park Reserve, to the ‘useless’ land that was the subject of the recent land swap with the MRC, thereby freeing up the far more usable piece of crown land in Caulfield Park.
Such a move would yield a two-fold benefit:

- Making practical use of a piece of land abutting the Caulfield Race course which appears to have little other practical purpose.
